Devon stepped into Sea Pro as co-owner alongside his father Jerry in March 2023, armed with extensive financial experience from a decade-long career in investment banking in Calgary, New York, and Houston. Devon’s leadership at Sea Pro is matched by his commitment to family. He’s equally enthusiastic about supporting his eldest in hockey as he is about sharing outdoor adventures with his wife and their two children, holding dear these moments just as much as his ambition to advance Sea Pro.

Chris is core member of the Sea Pro team, anchoring our Inside Sales and Systems Management for over 20 years. His familiarity with Sea Pro’s catalog is unmatched, a testament to his tenure since the Company’s earliest days. Chris excels in client service, swiftly resolving issues and ensuring that orders are dispatched on the day they’re received. Marty Spencer
Marty is a key member of Sea Pro Distribution, serving clients in the Vancouver / Lower Mainland region for over 20 years. His deep-rooted passion for angling spans both salt and freshwater environments, drawing from decades of personal experience. On land, Marty is an avid runner, recently completing the Scotiabank Half-Marathon and the challenging Freaky Creeky 27.9 km trail race. In the winter months, he enjoys hitting the slopes, adding skiing to his long list of outdoor passions. Off duty, Marty can be found chasing soccer balls and crafting memorable family moments with his wife and son.

Scott Langejan
A true product of Sea Pro’s history, Scott has dedicated almost 20 years to serving his Vancouver Island clients. With so many years in the industry, his product knowledge runs deep. On top of being an avid angler, Scott is also an accomplished musician, and audio engineer. He has produced 6 albums of his own, and was named one of Victoria’s best artists for his own songs in the “Times Colonist Music Awards“ for 2011. At home, Scott is all about his family, and spending time camping and playing outside with his daughters. Scott’s brother, Chris, also plays a vital role on the Sea Pro team!
